Peyman Ghandchi

Peyman Ghandchi, Founder and CEO of Nystio, is an experienced senior executive with more than 20 years of activity and expertise in world class multinational companies : Mondelez International, Kraft Foods, Cadbury, L’Oréal.

He has held various management positions throughout his career, the most lately being the Mondelez European Director for Design, Development and Commercialization of Packaging solutions for the chocolate, biscuit, gum & candy and fresh meals products. Peyman has an extensive understanding of FMCG research, development and innovation activities and value chain : new product, process and packaging developments, incremental versus breakthrough innovation, qualification processes, cost optimisation activities, consumer research etc. He has worked and interacted with multiple countries and cultures: France, Italy, Spain, UK, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Turkey, Belgium, USA.

Peyman holds a chemical engineering degree, a PhD in polymer chemistry and an executive Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris.
